What are the store hours?
We are opened to the public Monday thru Fridays from 10am till 5pm; Saturdays we are opened from 9am till 1pm only for pick-up and delivery only; Sundays we are closed.
When scheduling a consultation/tasting, we will accommodate to your needs and schedule.
We apologize for the limited hours of operation…at Catalina’s we are all working mothers and we do our best to balance our “professional hours” with our “mommy hours”; we hope you understand.
Do you have any ready-made baked goods available if I walk in?
Yes, we do! We have a limited selection of mini sweets and dessert shooters for you to enjoy. However; we encourage placing an order in advance as we work on a “per order basis”
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do! Just let us know your location and we will quote you the delivery charges.
Do you set up when delivering?
Our dessert table set ups start at $75 and includes arranging the mini desserts onto existing cake stands or ones that you’ve opted to rent from us. You can leave dessert name displays, props or florals out that you’d like us to incorporate to set up as well.
Can I rent cake stands? How much will it be?
Yes, our stands and risers are available for rent. They range between $10- $25 per stand. You can choose to have us return to pick them up at an additional charge or you can return them to our store within 2 business days. We do keep a security deposit to ensure they will be returned and it their original condition.
Can I make an appointment for tasting? Do you charge for a tasting?
Our tastings are by appointment only. There is a $25 fee to schedule an appointment and will roll into your deposit if you decide to book with us. Our standard consultation minimum order is $400. You can always give us a call to answer any questions regarding smaller orders.
How far ahead do I need to place my order?
For small orders a 48-hour lead time is recommended. For larger orders we recommend placing your order about 2 weeks prior to your event. We do book out on certain dates so it is highly recommended to place a deposit as soon as you are ready.
Do I need to pay everything up front? (deposit, etc.)
All orders require deposit in order to secure our calendar. Weddings require a $250 deposit, while all walk-in/phone/email order will need a 50% deposit.
How do I store the desserts/sweets?
Any cookies or truffles are stored at room temperature. The tartlets, dessert shooters and French macarons must be refrigerated.
How much are the mini desserts?
Our mini desserts range from $10 per dozen to $30 per dozen.
Is there a minimum number on an order?
It varies depending on the kind of mini sweet; from 12 pieces to 36 pieces’ minimum
What kinds of mini desserts do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of cookies, truffles, meringues, tartlets, cupcakes, cake balls, French macarons and dessert shooters/parfaits
What aspects can you customize?
We can coordinate liner colors for our mini desserts. We can also customize different colors for frostings or chocolate depending on the sweet for an additional $0.25. We can also add a colored ribbon to any shot glass dessert for $0.30. We also provide a wide array of fondant decorations and cutouts to customize your mini sweets.
Do you offer wedding favors?
Yes we do! We offer an extensive selection of sweet favors that range from decorated cookies, French macarons and assorted truffles to beautifully presented dessert shooters in mini jars.
Do you offer gluten free products?
Yes! Our truffles, meringues, French macarons and selection of mousses are gluten free.
Do you offer dairy-free products?
No, all our recipes include butter or cream.
Do you offer sugar-free products?
Not at this time.
Do your products contain nuts?
We are not a nut-free facility, so there may be traces of nuts in our products.
Do you offer internships?
Internships are unpaid for 2 months with a time commitment of 20 hours per week. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
